The Joint Action TEHDAS2 (www.tehdas.eu) Work Package 5, task 5.2.1 organises three workshops with the stakeholders of the EHDS, to discuss allowed purposes and prohibited secondary use in terms of articles 53 and 54 in the EHDS regulation. 

In the beginning of the meeting, we will make a short presentation of what the European Commission has provided on the legislative intent regarding the articles. 

Everybody is invited to participate—feel free to forward this invitation. We explicitly encourage data holders and curators, data stewards, linked data/metadata experts, etc., to join these meetings.
